  • How do I log in to

    • In order to log in with your ID card, enter the card in the reader, click on the ‘Enter with ID card’ button and enter your PIN1 code.
    • Should you want to log in with your username and password, the password for private persons is their personal identification number and for legal persons their registry code. You chose your password while registering on the site and had to remember it. If you registered in a store and also applied for an online user account, the password was sent to you by e-mail. If you registered in a store and at that point decided you did not need an online user account but want one now, you do not need to register as a customer again; log in with your ID card or contact Apollo customer support to get your password.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot my password’ link and your new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If your e-mail address has changed, please contact our customer support (6 336 020 or
  • How can I buy e-books?

    • In order to buy e-books, add them to your shopping cart. To avoid entering your data again when making repeat purchases and to use a shopping cart, we recommend that you log in with your ID card or password; if you do not have an account, we invite you to register as a user.
    • The precondition for making your purchase is your consent to the effect that your personal data could be transferred to e-book publishers for copyright purposes.
    • To validate your purchase, click on the ‘Shopping cart’ link on the page header, continue with the next steps and fill in the requested fields.
    • For method of payment, we recommend that you select a bank link payment. You make your payments immediately during the purchasing process and go back to the merchant from the bank. This way you get your e-book right away.
    • An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail for making your purchase and, in a separate e-mail, the links for downloading your e-books. You can also see the download links after making your purchase on Apollo’s website.
    • You will be able to access the download link three times within 72 hours from the time of making your purchase. If you have used the limit and/or after 72 hours, the possibility of downloading a given e-book is blocked.
    • Every e-book you order is meant for your personal use only. It is not allowed to forward a download link or a downloaded e-book to any third party. You can share a downloaded e-book between different readers or download an e-book in up to three different personal readers right away.

  • Terms and conditions of using e-books

    • The e-books you have bought contain materials protected by copyright and therefore the whole content of an e-book is subject to copyright law. The copyrights of an e-book are owned by the publisher of the e-book and thus it is allowed to use the e-book only as agreed with the publisher and on their terms and conditions.
      - The entire content of an e-book is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.
      - E-books cannot be transferred to any other person either for free or for a fee, or resold without the publisher’s consent.- The reproduction of the content of an e-book either in part or in full and in any form is prohibited, except for personal use.
      - The person who has bought an e-book can make printouts of the e-book or its individual pages only for personal use; it is not allowed to copy or share the book with a third party.
      - An e-book can be downloaded and saved in their computer only by its purchaser (if hardware containing e-books purchased is sold, they must first be deleted).- It is prohibited to remove the marks, labels or any other signs indicating its ownership from an e-book.
      - Unintended use or unauthorised distribution of e-books is illegal and subject to compensation for damages. The publisher and the distributor of an e-book are not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of an e-book; the liability rests with the purchaser of an e-book who has misused it.
      - If you use the e-book you have bought, you automatically agree with the conditions of using e-books presented above.
  • Terms and conditions related to gift cards

    • A gift card is valid as a means of payment as per its total value.
    • Cards are valid for 6 months from their date of purchase and need to be used within this period!
    • Gift cards can be used in Apollo stores, Apollo cinemas, O’Learys, Ice Cafe and Blender juice bars.
    • Gift cards can be bought in all Apollo stores or on Apollo’s website at
    • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and the price difference is not refunded!
    • Gift cards bought on the website can be used in Apollo stores throughout Estonia, but also in Apollo’s e-store (further information at
    • If your shopping cart contains only gift cards and the total cost of the purchase is less then 30€, postage will be added to the price of the gifts cards. The whole amount must be paid in advance. After receipt of the payment, your cards will be posted by registered mail. This means that a postman will deliver the mail to its addressee against signature. If an addressee cannot be reached, a notice will be left in the mailbox and they can collect the mail from the post office.
    • If the shopping cart contains both gift cards and books, they will be delivered subject to the delivery terms of books. In this case it is also possible to pay in cash at the post office when collecting your parcel.
  • How do I find the goods I want?

    • The easiest way to find a specific product is to use the search facility in the page header. If you want to define your search more precisely, you can opt to use a ‘Detailed Search’ or filter the search results.
    • You can modify the display of search results according to your preferences from a table view to a list view and vice versa. And you can also view the search results by selecting ‘New first’ or ‘Old first’ or delimit the results by using the filters opening on your left.
    • On the website you can choose the products according to main sections (Books, E-books, Films, Games or Music). Each section is further divided into sub-categories. By clicking on a specific product, you will be taken to the product page, which provides further information on the product.
    • By default, search results do not show products which are out of stock or those of which there are only a few copies left!
    • If you know exactly what you are looking for, use the search engine!
  • What kind of information does a product page provide?

    • By clicking on the author’s link displayed under the item, you will see all of the works by that author.
    • Content summary gives you an overview of a book or another product.
    • Normally you can see two prices for every product – the Club Customer’s price and the regular price. If you have joined the Apollo Club and log in, you will see your price next to the product. If a product is sold at a discount price and in the 'At a Good Price' category, you will also see its 'Price Before' in addition to its current price.
    • Under the prices, you can see the basic facts about the product, i.e. publication year, publisher, number of pages, size etc. There you can also see the series title and, clicking on it, all of the other works in the series will be displayed.
    • Under the product, in an orange block, you can find additional product information, where recommendations and rankings in Apollo’s sales are displayed. Here you can also enter your comments and ratings and read other readers’ comments and articles in the media. If such information is not available, it is not displayed under the product.
    • The orange bar also contains another link – product availability, clicking on which you will see a page which shows the Apollo stores the book is currently in stock at and whether you can order it from the e-store.
  • Why and how do I register as a member of the Apollo Club, i.e. as a regular customer?

    • In order to register as a member of the Apollo Club, click on the ‘Enter’ link on the upper right-hand corner of the page, next to ‘Shopping cart’. Then click on the 'Create account’ button.
    • As a member of the Apollo Club, you will get a 5% discount on most goods in Apollo stores in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Rakvere and Haapsalu. Apollo Club web prices apply to all orders made in the e-store.
    • The discount does not extend to newspapers and periodicals, postcards, electronic devices, e-books, foodstuffs, gift cards and campaign products. You can see the valid discount on the product sheet or shopping cart.
    • Apollo’s regular customers (Apollo Club members) have the opportunity to use the ‘My account’ view, where they can see the history of their purchases, comments they have made on the products, save different delivery addresses, use the ‘Wish basket’ and so on.
    • In addition, there are special offers for club members and you can also subscribe to a free Apollo customer newsletter, which brings you personalised special offers, news and offers for regular customers. The newsletter is sent to your e-mail address and you can subscribe to it in the ‘Customer account’ view or by clicking on the Newsletter link in the footer.
    • After logging in, regular customers will see the discounts offered personally to them next to all e-store prices.
    • The user name of private persons on the website is their personal identification code, and for legal persons their registry code. In stores, your ID card functions as your customer card; if you do not have it with you, please present some other identity document to the sales staff when making your purchase.
    • Private persons who buy for more than €600 per year and institutions whose total purchases exceed €1200 obtain the status of a Gold Customer from the moment they reach this limit and are entitled to a 10% discount in the current and next customer year starting from the next month. Should you buy less than €600 (institutions less than €1200) in the customer year following your becoming a Gold customer, you will again be a Club customer who gets a 5% discount the next customer year. Customer years begin on the first day of the month in which you registered as a Club customer.
    • Apollo customer support keeps track of your purchases. For information, contact Apollo stores by calling 6 336 020 Mon – Fri from 9 am to 5 pm or send an e-mail to If you have a web account, you can see the history and total sum of your purchases in the current customer year on Apollo’s website.
  • How is the personal data submitted during registration protected?

    • Upon registering in the Apollo Club customer programme, the customer gives their consent to the processing of the personal data submitted by them.
    • The personal data submitted upon registering in the Apollo Club customer programme, the data collected during use of the Club customer discounts and the personally identifiable data acquired while processing these data are protected and are processed according to the requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Act for the purpose of collecting, analysing and summarising these data and for preparing offers for customers.
    • Apollo will not disclose or transfer these data to any third person, unless required by law. If a customer wishes to order goods by mail or express mail, the name and address of the given customer (in the case of express mail parcels also their phone number and/or e-mail address) are forwarded to the service provider. If a customer wishes to receive the Apollo Customer Newsletter, the name and address of the customer are forwarded to the service provider.
    • The chief processor of the database is Apollo Holding OÜ (2 Põikmäe Street, Tänassilma village, Saku rural municipality, 76406 Harju County).
    • In order to terminate their status as a customer, the customer is required to submit a written request in an Apollo store or to fill in a respective application on Apollo's website. After receiving this request, Apollo will delete the personal data of the customer from its database.
    • Apollo’s customers are entitled to get the data processed about them in Apollo stores or over the Internet and submit an application to update their personal data by specifying their new data.
  • How do I make purchases?

    • In order to make a purchase on, you first have to log in; if you do not have an account, you have to register as a user.
    • You can find suitable products by browsing the subject pages or using the search engine.
    • Click on the ‘Add to shopping cart’ button next to the product. This done, you will then see the number of products in your cart next to the banner, in the right hand corner next to the ‘Shopping cart’ link (in brackets).
    • To view the content of your shopping cart, click on the ‘Shopping cart’ link. You can return to browsing by clicking on the ‘Back’ button. To confirm your purchase, click on the 'Validate order’ button and then follow the instructions provided on the page for validating orders.
    • After you have confirmed your order, you will see a notice on the screen that your order has been registered and an order confirmation will immediately be sent to your e-mail address.
  • How can I pay?

    • Via a bank link in the Internet bank: to do this, you have to select a suitable bank from the list (Swedbank, Nordea or U-net) while validating your order. After confirming your order, you will be directed to the Internet bank, where a completed payment order will already be waiting.
    • Payable on delivery: this means that you will pay for your purchases in cash when collecting them from the post office. Payable on delivery is not available for orders by express mail.
    • With a credit card: this means that you pay on Apollo’s website with your card by entering the required data on a special form. We only accept payments where the credit card holder is the same person who made the order and will receive the goods!
    • Should you not have an Internet bank agreement, just select ‘With a bank transfer’ as your payment method and pay the sum of your order with postage at any bank branch to the account of Apollo Holding OÜ No 221054827335 in Swedbank. Please make sure that you mark the number of your order in the explanation field.
  • How will the goods reach me?

    • The delivery time of a regular order is up to 7 days and via Eesti Post up to 14 business days (unless the parcel contain books or other products ordered from abroad or the parcel is delivered abroad).
    • If an order includes goods with different delivery times (24 h delivery, delivery within 7 or 14 business days), then the goods are delivered to the customer in one parcel within the longest delivery time. If you wish to receive your goods separately, please call 633 60 20 or send an e-mail to
    • Orders to the SmartPOST parcel terminal in Kärdla may take only two business days!
    • The goods you have ordered will reach you quicker if you choose express mail, SmartPOST or Post24 for their delivery.
    • Should delivery be delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you and notify you of the reason. If goods are out of stock, you can either select a replacement or get a refund.
    • If you choose Eesti Post as your deliverer, it will send you a notice that the parcel has reached your local post office.
    • If you choose the express mail service as your deliverer, they will contact you beforehand to agree on the time of delivery that suits you best.
    • If you use SmartPOST and Post 24, the door code of your parcel box will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
  • How much do I have to pay for postage?

    • Postage rates within Estonia with both Eesti Post and express mail come to €3.77; with Post24 and SmartPOST to €2.49. If there are only gift cards in the parcel, the cost is €1.85.
    • Please note! If the value of your order is €60 or more, no postage will be charged (except for customers served under special conditions).
    • We have also books on offer which you can order and then get the whole parcel within Estonia without any postage. In this case it is indicated next to the product.

  • How can I make orders abroad?

    • Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
    • In placing your order, specify the region to which you want it to be delivered. Postage rates will be calculated automatically based on the region of the delivery and the number of items in your shopping cart. Please refer to the item above on how postage is calculated.
    • If you order goods abroad, you have to pay by credit card or bank transfer and the goods will be delivered to you by mail.
  • What are the warranty terms of goods?

    • If you buy an item on that turns out to be defective, we will replace it within two years provided you have kept the invoice. If the item is out of stock by that time, you will get a refund. The delivery costs resulting from replacing the goods will be borne by Apollo.

    • The Wish basket is your assistant in drawing up your shopping list. You can add items you are interested in to your Wish basket if you haven't made up your mind whether to buy them.
    • Only customers who have logged in can use their Wish basket.
    • With just one click, you can easily transfer the items from your Wish basket to your Shopping cart.
    • The list of items in your Wish basket is stored but this does not guarantee that the selected items will be available for later purchasing.
