Sõstraraamat

100 g punaseid sõstraid katab inimese päevase C-vitamiini vajaduse. Samas koguses mustades sõstardes on C-vitamiini kolm korda rohkem. Selle üürikese kuu-kahe jooksul, mil sõstraid põõsalt noppida saab, võiks nende häid omadusi maksimaalselt ära kasutada. Sõstrakoogid, -magustoidud ja -hoidised – need on alati olnud suve lemmikud. Soolaste roogade lisandina pakuvad sõstrad aga uusi ja huvitavaid maitseelamusi.
