Josh Brolin and Julia Garner star in this horror thriller written and directed by Zach Cregger. When 17 children disappear from their homes in Maybrook, Pennsylvania at 2.17am on an otherwise ordinary Wednesday, the town descends into chaos. The children were all in teacher Justine Gandy (Garner)´s class and many suspect her involvement. As she is ostracised by the community, her mental health begins to deteriorate. Meanwhile, Archer Graff (Brolin) is the father of one of the missing children and when the police fail to find his son, he begins his own investigation. Can Justine and Archer unravel the mystery of what happened or will the children be lost forever?
