She is a regular contributor to UK national newspapers and magazines where she gives helpful and informative advice on health issues and everyday life. She is the author of the ´I Want To´ book series which currently includes the books: I Want to be Organised, I Want to Sleep and I Want to be Calm with I Want to be Happy and I Want to be Confident due to be published in 2017.
