Takemichi has returned to the present to find himself the first division leader of the violent criminal organisation the Toman has become. Kisaki´s plots have had 12 uninterrupted years to come to fruition, leaving Draken in prison, Mikey gone, and Hina dead yet again. This time, Hina´s death leaves evidence that implicates... Takemichi himself?! To fix this present, he has to go to the past to confront the Black Dragons, a longtime rival gang with Toman.
