Artist and designer Es Devlin's outstanding works span the fields of art, theatre, opera, dance, fashion, sculpture, poetry, light and music. Her practice has helped engender innovative forms of kinetic sculpture and her creative vision has filled millions of people with wonder: from installations at Tate Modern, kinetic stage designs for Olympic opening ceremonies, and monumental stage sculptures with celebrated musicans globally. Following the success of Devlin's award-winning sculptural monograph, An Atlas of Es Devlin (2023), A Concise Atlas of Es Devlin maintains the experiential design of the original in an accessible, smaller format with thirty new projects from Devlin’s recent output, including collaborations with Lady Gaga, Gucci and the V&A. Coinciding with the Design Museum's retrospective of her work opening in London in autumn 2026, the book features Devlin’s personal commentaries on each work, as well as interviews with her collaborators including Pharrell Williams and Carlo Rovelli.
