Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprise their roles as paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren in this supernatural horror sequel directed by Michael Chaves. Due to Ed´s worsening heart condition, the Warrens have retired from active investigations. However, they are soon called upon to battle a powerful demonic presence they have encountered before which has now returned to torment the Smurl family. With their daughter Judy (Mia Tomlinson) being targeted, can Ed and Lorraine overcome the evil forces at work or is their enemy too powerful? The cast also includes Ben Hardy, Rebecca Calder and Elliot Cowan.
